rofl - I won’t get in that debate...but I think there is an actual argument that a sandwich’s definition-al existence is due to its function (ie - sandwiching something....). Although is an open-face sandwich then still a sandwich...if function matters...then no.

good article - I think people should eat mostly vegetables. not sure if people need to or would benefit from being vegetarian or vegan, but I’m sure it probably don’t hurt. there are billions of people who eat mostly plant based diets and do well. that said, each of us must make their own way. I find it disturbing…

i like them actually over medium (meaning, not really runny but a little goopy....but not hard)....so I order them over-well.....I’d prefer a straight fired egg than runny...which always tastes fishy too me (not “odd”...I mean literally “fish like”).
