I agree with this comment. As a former Verizon employee, I know a fair amount about Verizon’s plan options. I also became disgruntled with their unbridled profit-seeking while they have profit-margins that run consistently over 40%, which is why I no longer work there. However, in this case, I agree with Verizon.
