They used similar pumps for decades on their diesel engines. They are pretty simple in concept, using a rotating shaft with cams (similar to an OHC and valves) but also quite precise

Yeah but getting it correct (even after having it pointed out) requires effort. Apparently too much effort.

Takes about 10 seconds to double check and edit. No biggie getting it wrong initially, it happens, but then double down on it? Why the fuck are you even here? Jesus christ, this is some lazy shit. Literally the point of this article is to give times of races and you can’t even be bothered to get it right.

More like the fast and the furriest. I’ll go home.

Agree. This is a lot more wholesome than Taycan window switches having a 2 step function like every other car for the last 20 years.

came for this. Left happy, laughing in digital PSI

I feel we get this same story recycled every couple months. Model XYZ hasn’t been on sale for a year but they still sold X amount! Shock and awe! And every time its likely a dealer demo car or dealer DD/leftover. Case in point, literally less than a month ago:

Around here it seems that mitsu dealers mostly feature their used inventory. I think they’ve mostly given up on the new cars mitsu has been producing.

I think I saw this car at a show a few years back at a local show. I recall it looked really really clean. Not 40k clean, but it stuck in my mind as the only convertible 928 I’d seen.

Yeah I’ve seen a few of these and they just look weird. Maybe we’ll get used to it in time, but I can’t say it looks good.

Alternately, as humans we tend to anthropomorphize everything. Having lights and grilles that do not seem like some sort of face makes for a very cold and meaningless object.

NP assuming everything checks out, but I’d rip out the frybrid system and just go straight diesel. While it is one of the best conversions on the market (or was?), you’re still subject to the quality of WVO that gets put in. No telling how well the oil was filtered prior to introduction of the system, what type of

I guess Flewitt really Blewitt lately.

Easy NP. 540is are hard to find in good shape to begin with, even rarer with the 6 speed. This one looks clean and if mechanically sound, is a home run.

My MIL was adamant that the best soap to clean a car was dawn “because it gets all the grime off”. Sure, along with any and all protective wax. No wonder her cars always rusted to bits. Of course, try telling her she’s wrong...

Why does one of the best drivers in the world also have to be a goddamn influencer or whatever? He’s still going to win even if he doesn’t get likes and follows or bullshit like that. Is RBR going to ditch him if he bags them the constructors championship but doesn’t give interviews to a netflix drama?

To distract from the horrendous build quality and leaks that came from the factory

Cliche, but I had to.

Canondale has been doing this for years (alluded to in the article). I’ve never ridden one outside of a bike shop lot, but lots of folks swear by them. Clever in that the product both works, and markets itself via design.

That was my first thought too, it’s been a loooong time since I’ve seen a sachs setup.
