The seller’s other car is a Chrysler Sebring. Can confirm a lack of brains.

This was not well planed...he really just winged it.
I always loved these, but this is a lot of money for a non-turbo variant. Even the turbo 4 would bee treading the line, the 5cyl easy NP --but here we are with the basic NA 4. I really want to NP it...but nope.
Just stop. This doesn’t need a fucking slideshow, what a disgrace.
Closer does not mean faster. Closer you get to the city the more miserable and slower your commute will likely be. Driving further, faster racks up the miles but its so much more enjoyable.
Ah, the feelings of 2002ish when this came out. Manual swaps are pretty popular for these though, as you can probably imagine.
yeah I read it wrong, The squatting rustbucket side profile makes me wince a bit either way though.
I read/intrepreted it backwards - you’re right
I’m pretty sure he doubled the max payload capacity. If Wikipedia is to be believed, the max on a comanche is a metric ton.
4200lbs in the back of a Comanche? Yikes.
Yeah this is the guy who has a 3rd gen camaro with a carb’d 350 swapped in. Brags about how many mustangs he beat back in ‘95
I loved my stealth, for a fast GT car it was great and I still love the styling.
Sky redline is faster and cheaper than both
I appreciate the engineering and how fast it was when it came out, but man it’s ugly.
I’m cool with a nice restored one. Unfortunately so many of them fell victim to the tubbed-out big block drag mod craze a couple decades ago, and others just come out twice a year for a car show. You can still find decent drivers here and there, usually older resto’d owned by boomers who lusted after boyd coddington…
I think the coupes (especially the later ones with the ugly bumpers) are pretty ungainly. The roadsters on the other hand...
Why would you buy this when the F-Body exists? $9800 gets you a nice camaro or firebird.
Northstar caddies deserve the bad rap, at least until GM fixed the head bolt issue...after like 15 years of well documented failure.
We were shopping a couple years ago and really liked how the ATS drove. But they were falling apart, like literally after 20k miles there were panels warping and lifting on the dash. And the piano black “panel” touch thing was pretty awful. I could probably live with it in a V version, but not as a daily.
The RX8 also had clamshell doors, super convenient and truly kept a “coupe” shape with the versatility of a 4 door. They were smaller, for sure, but with the fronts open you can easily get in back.
