Good luck in law school! I have thoroughly enjoyed your contributions here, even if it has been only weekends. On to bigger fish!

kinja'd!

For 5-10k? Shit id pick one up in a heartbeat if they were that cheap.

My MIL has one, and yeah she doesn’t really care as long as gthe thing goes. But it’s already got some alarming judder and it’s generally miserable to drive. She won’t care about it until it fails, which at this point is looking ominous.

Sounds like a great play for Ford. One concern is towing capacity though. The Bronco (not even the sport) is limited to 3500lbs, I’m assuming from a short wheelbase and soft suspension? The Sport is rated at 2200lbs. I would hope that a small pickup has a bit more than that. Not expecting F-series capacity but 2200lbs

Yup 3 bolt hubs, only time id ever seen it until the smart car. The quintessential combination of "lets be honest this car is slow" and "lets save $0.02 per vehicle". To their credit, anecdotally neither have been an issue.

Credit for remembering a rando article from like 1.5 years ago. Your jalop-fu is good.

Neutral: I like pickup trucks, but do not like the dick measuring contest they have become. The dumbest thing I’ve seen are those raised full size truck with wide low profile street tires. I’ve had a couple small trucks that have been a lot of fun, very utilitarian and would haul a lot of shit. Unless there is a

Maybe for night driving? As red does not cause your eyes to adjust to light or something.

Well, someone didn't read.

I did the same double take, same google search, and found (I think) the same result on page 2. I am all for inclusion and try to stay on top of terminology but this was a new one for me.

So this guy has multiple swapped drift cars, clearly quite a bit of money, and doesnt own a goddamn engine lift?

Ford has used them plenty too

That was my thought too, didnt Henrik Fisker do all of the design of the car?

Coherence is not your strong point. Dafuq are you even talking about? Here are some 0-60 times for your reading pleasure.

No thanks. I appreciate how clean it is, but that’s about it. I had an R/T for a number of years as a DD. It was reliable and decent with the DOHC unit (222HP, vs this one’s 170). The DOHC was decently fast, more of a GT car that was really comfortable and had good midrange power. I can’tt imagine it with 50 less

It’s all mitsubishi underneath

I had a RT DOHC as well for a long time. Great GT car, and the powerband was usefully midrange. I can’t imagine the thing with 50 less HP though, woof.

Yeah he got thrown off here. The DOHC (in the R/T) is 222hp. This SOHC (in this base ES) is 170ish, TT was 300-320 depending on year IIRC

“I know you are but what am I". Did you fire up that tine machine and go back to a 60s schoolyard recess fight?
