Having flown plenty of Tiger Moths, I can assure you that none of them had radial engines. He could no more have “a couple of jugs from a Tiger Moth radial” than he could have two cylinders from a small-block Chevy.
Seen that thing before—a superb video I watched not that long ago (I seem to recollect it’s missing some flooring)—and there’s just something about how it sits that is simply perfect.
