It wasn’t his bicycle accident. It’s a crash that happened between two valid road users and the facts are still pending on what happened. Crash, not accident. Nicky’s tire didn’t randomly go flat and throw him into the bushes, he was struck by a driver’s vehicle. This is a crash. Who is at fault is still pending, but…
