I’ve never found a better combination to get glorious uninterrupted sleep than an exhausting gym session about 6pm (weights to tire muscles, not jogging etc), force myself awake until at least 11pm, then melatonin.

I never could get to sleep until I started taking Lexapro. Now I sleep so easily, but my dreams are weird AF. Oh well. Win some, lose some. This probably doesn’t help you unless you need to be medicated for anxiety though.
