They had 4 outdoor winter games... 2x Chicago 2x in Green Bay... but Minnesota and Detroit are also in that division and were at the time each division had five teams so they did have 4 indoor games 2x at Detroit and 2x at Minnesota each year as well which were still cold even though they were indoor
