Yeah that was ESPN's Tony Kornheiser as an extra in the bar seen watching the fight while Philip snaps the CIA-ISI meet. It's his fave show apparently, and he noodged the producers into letting him appear as an extra. You can hear him exclaim "OH, what a shot!" about the fight in the background.
