My Jeep Scrambler I had owned for 15 years was stolen from outside my restaurant.

And, I suppose I found a great deal on a Saab 9-5 wagon in LA. Drove it up to Portland along the coast.

I live in Portland OR.

When I see this, all I can think of the continuation of the Saab 9-5 wagon. Rumor has it some Saab engineers landed at Buick. I’m smitten!

I like the one where they had to steal some 50-odd cars or the younger brother was going to get iced by the mob. Can’t remember which number it was.....

Thats the same reason I bring my trash to the movies. For the price of my monthly trash, I see two movies and just leave that shit on the floor. Is there any other place where leaving shit of the floor is acceptable? I think not.

I drive uber now and again. I also got married last September. For groomsmen gifts, I bought everyone a nice pair of Cole Haan Oxfords that matched our seersucker suits. Everybody but Aaron because unfortunately they sold out of his size both on line and in every store in North America.

Sidecar has “car” in it....no?

No I haven’t attended games in all the arenas, but last year in both Spokane and Sacramento, no alcohol was served. Something about NCAA rules which was odd to me since I normally enjoyed a beer in any Pac 12 venue during regular season.

‘45 . . . . Harumph. I use that stuff to polish my silverware.

No dog, thats on you. Fly in to Portland OR sometime. Any vender there has to agree that their prices will be the same as those on the outside. Its run by the Port of Portland and they have done a masterful job of mixing up national chains with local food trucks, both before and after security.

The difference between the 912 and the 911 is the 912 retained the engine from the older 365 which the 911 replaced. Te 911 was al about the flat 6 cylinder. The reality is that the 912 was a lighter engine, less weight to HP ratio, and the 912 was actually more tunable than the newer 911.

I live in Oregon. Special interest vehicles are to be driven to and or from parade or shows only. I have a 1965 Lambretta with those plates and so far no one harasses me on a ride to the local pasta joint, but its always a fear of mine.

I like a lot of these suggestions but I would add one thing. Don’y buy it locally. You good people put salt on your roads something fierce. Grab 2 or 3 of your buds and budget a train or greyhound ticket and road trip somewhere a little less snowy to pick up your new stead, like Tulsa. Also budget for AAA in case of

I drive an Alfa 164. The other day at a stop light, a car pulled up next to me and asked, “Are you driving to Nasko’s or are you coming from there?”

I see elements of the Saab 9-5 there.
