There is a ton of evidence. Multiple people have plead guilty to crimes already. You have no evidence that the investigators have broken any laws. 

So I looked it up, Clinton made 2 appointments, RBG and Breyer, but both were before Kenneth Star’s investigation by a only a few months.

I think Dems should take a different approach, one guaranteed to outrage Trump, Republicans and RW media.  They should claim that they don’t think Trump should seat a justice until the Mueller investigation is over because Putin shouldn’t get to seat a SCOTUS Justice. 

At least 4 senators said they would try to prevent Hillary from seating a justice her entire presidency. I know Cruz and McCain were two. Don’t know about McConnell.
