I didn't get Native from her myself, and (mild spoiler) it doesn't come up in the next episode so the possibility never crossed my mind. That could just be my perception though?

This is the interpretation I prefer (though I initially thought that Will and Hannibal were about to eat her together), if only because it perfectly demonstrates how utterly under his control she always was despite protesting otherwise.
