Your tears are going to be so delicious.

You're doing the Lord's work!

It's just bizarre, to me, to see the need to rush to clarify our support for Kesha between her personhood and her music. They have nothing to do with each other in so far as her rights to make her music in a safe environment. I get that we're the AV Club and we make fun. I love making fun. Look at my god damn avatar.

I don't know why, but I've always been jealous of ladyboners. You don't need a history book to hide them when you're a teenager.

Yeah, dude/dudette, I just had a conversation the other day with a friend and we agreed that even if the "music industry" dies a painful, righteous death, that doesn't mean music is going anywhere. It's too easy to make and share these days for that to happen, besides the fact that humans have been making music since,

Right, and I think it would have been curious to see what Sony would have done had Kesha taken that action. But, apparently, she did with The Flaming Lips and it's been shelved since since Fall of 2013. I'm curious why that wasn't evidence for one side or the other, if it wasn't.

That's just because he's been crushed in the past. Crushed by a moon.

You have notoriously bad taste in mentors, though.

Yes, that took a real turn.

Technically, isn't she asking to be relieved of her contract because of Sony's actions? She's claiming that she'd work with Sony without Dr. Luke, but Sony won't allow that. Granted, her desire not to work with the producer is certainly based on the assault allegations, so maybe that still counts.

Yes, this is a distinction with a difference. It's not as though Dr. Luke would go to jail if Kesha won this ruling. The burden of proof really shouldn't be that high. Though, I do wonder if it would open him up to prosecution later, and with such little evidence either way, the judge might be trying to curb another

I do think, though, as far as this judge is concerned, that allowing an artist to break their contract in this way would set a precedent in the future for artists to do that all over the recording industry if they don't like the way things are going.

Which has no bearing on anything in regards to the article or the case.

Sure. He's the best part anyway.

I once saw Bob Dylan open for Paul Simon. I left after Sound of Silence.

It would be pretty great to see him reprise that one-off role. Now he's grizzled and seen shit, but still a douche.

I've heard that ladies get boners too, though. From a scientist, probably.

I bring you love…

Aren't all farm animals naked, though?

My only problem with Jax was that I wanted him to be Wally, after seeing him perform. As written, he has Wally's personality down pat. But now that Wally on The Flash has started to open up a bit, I'm liking that actor in that role more. Still, I kind of wish they'd swapped before filming.
