I don't know if this is true or not, but I like to believe Sarah and Laura Silverman constantly trade roles in Bob's Burgers. There's one episode where Ollie and Andy are like, "I don't even know which one I am!" So that's my head canon now.
I did a re-watch of the first three or so seasons (up to whenever Topher Grace left) and, yeah, it actually holds up really well. For some reason, even though I liked it, I had always written it off as being kinda dumb and light. And it is dumb and light, but it's also poignant and hilarious.
