What happened to Fat A-Rod? :( I miss 'em.

I'm not getting the narrative of this one. The Archdemon is dead and DA2 ended with, essentially, a wet fart. What's the basic framework for this one?

I wish I was having an easier time getting through my 2K7 franchise. Games take forever, especially when I'm launching longballs left and right.
