I think they were just taking the Transformers out for a walk. If you don’t take your Transformers out for at least one walk every day, they get all this pent-up energy and it can be really unhealthy for them. Plus, they’ll just be bouncing off the walls all day, and that’s no good for their owners!

God, based on everything I’ve read, I honestly can’t tell how the “irritating Reddit nerd” contingent is going to respond to this one. On the one hand, it seems like they would be likely to gnash their teeth and scream, “Hey, where’s Bill Murray?! Who are these fuckin’ kids?! This is different! I hate this!”

Ah yes, the old “uncommon opinion = bad” species of brain worm. How utterly fascinating.

Let me preface this by saying that I’m nonbinary. I realized that about a year or two ago. (I have an atrocious memory. I sometimes see trans people who know their coming out day by heart, but me? Dumber than a bowl o’ mice.)

I played Destiny 2 almost every single day for approximately three years before I was eventually unable to endure any more of Bungie’s mishandling of the game. And believe me, Destiny diehards, I know how you feel. I get it. You love the game and you want to give Bungie the benefit of the doubt because they made

I’m about as gentile as you can get, and even I’ve noticed the thing Silverman’s talking about. I don’t think every actor has to be exactly the same as the character they’re playing necessarily, but when it comes to marginalized groups, maybe try a little harder, Hollywood?

I don’t think it’s fair to say he looks like an orc.

God, fucking finally. It’s here.

Do you really think Disney is going to let the show that helped carry its streaming platform through its first months of existence go that easily? There’s still milk in them titties, my friend, and if they have to, they will kill the cow to get it.

What a weird fuckin’ casting choice. I mean, hey, if it works, it works. But still... her? (Pretend an Arrested Development “Her?” gif is here instead of text. I’m too lazy to go look for one.)

Does anyone actually care about Willy Wonka’s origin story, especially considering (as far as I’m aware) he doesn’t have an official one? I mean, King’s and Burton’s attempts at fleshing out the character amount to little more than speculative fanfiction. Throw in Chalamet, and that’s a certified yawn-fest for me,

Eh, those first two Foo Fighters albums are okay. Almost everything after them, however, is milquetoast radio-rock bullshit — but I don’t know why that would surprise anyone. Nothing that the surviving members of Nirvana could’ve done outside of the band was ever going to be likely to reach the heights of peak

“Out... of character”? Wha-What do you mean? Is GWAR n-not... real? *sniffle* Have... Have you been lying to me all these years, Mom and Dad?

Originality is remarkably overrated and thoroughly unnecessary. Original or not, a work just needs to be done well. However, I do agree that this show seems utterly pointless. The video game itself told a sufficiently cinematic and compelling story, which did not and does not in any way call for further exploration

Or how about this alternate take: Who gives a shit? Fuck ‘em.

Why couldn’t Nimoy have gotten those genes instead?

When I was younger, I used to hate when shows got fewer seasons or fewer episodes per season, but now I’ve realized that that approach is probably for the best. You don’t spend quite as long with the characters, which is usually unfortunate, but the writing is often tighter and filled with less padding.

Megan Fox and Sydney Sweeney are hot, rich vampires

I would never be opposed to an unorthodox interpretation of Bond (it’s a fictional character in a work of fiction — you could literally make the next Bond goddamn Shrek and it wouldn’t fucking matter to anyone but a bunch of immeasurably boring cinema dorks) but Craig’s definitely not wrong. I can see why some might

Anthony and the 186 people who agree with him: If you can’t understand what it’s like to find out that another person, especially a person that you like, belongs to the same marginalized group that you do, that’s probably because you don’t belong to a marginalized group and, as such, commenting negatively on how that
