I hate douches like this... like why go out and buy such a limited item several people want to even be able to buy right now. It just seems like some shit that you’d see on Jackass, or Bam... it’s that retarded.

You people say this all the time.

Nearly every comment on this article is people chanting “go 3rd party!” I don’t know what more than half of you are smoking but Nintendo almost never gets a pasd lmao. Look at the fucking WiiU. Switch does what it sets out to do - I’m liking it.

Here’s the thing. If my Switch breaks/gets stole/gets lost the very last thing in my mind is my fucking saves... I’m more worried about my +$300 being completely lost and having to buy a new one.

My PC can play RDR2 better than your xbone, and I get to enjoy BotW. Yeah.

Please tell me what your smoking? BotW is much much deeper than Horizon and I too have played both.

No. Horizon is considerably more shallow than BotW. This is a case of somebody thinking they rose tinted subjective opinion is somehow completely objective.

It’s not THAT big. It fit’s in my backpack without weighing me down. I like it as a portable. I also love how seamless it is.

I mean being able to play BotW on the go is pretty damn amazing. I love that I can get a home console experience on the go.

It’s fucking portable? I’d say that’s a glorious addition to the game.

I bought a Switch for Yooka Laylee (I want to have the option of portability) and Splatoon 2. I picked up BotW because it’s awesome. But I also deal with Nintendos awful distribution through my company. So I also bought one because until late summer early fall they are going to be very difficult to get ahold of.

It’s not a matter of getting good. It’s the simple matter that mini-maps or some sort of guidence system is almost absolutely required for open world games to have ANY structure at all.

No.

Cause’ it is. :/

Sadly (from a guy following leaks, and watching streams) it definately seems like a game to meet the status-quo

Yeah it’s not. The game does the same damn things other open world games do. To say that it offers good delivery is silly, it offers loot like any game... most of the outcomes are the same as they are from the beginning of the game to the end of the game. The bosses are samey as well. This review is colored in rose

Says the guy who voted in a facist

You guys are making me so happy right now. Nobody talks about this stuff... I love it when people talk about Japanese history - it’s so epic.

Gita, you’re the shot in the arm Kotaku needed... You and Heather are both AWESOME, and you’ve brought back that insightful, well thought attitude that once permeated Kotaku (when it had folks like Crecente who were top notch)

He is Irish in game. It’s due to the fact that the Irish being historically a bit more spiritual. Biggest give away is his main guardian spirit Saorise. He also speak Gaelic in the opening when he’s traveling to Japan
