Yeah the theory is that it affects you over a very long period of time... like into your old age. It also has to be pretty fucking habitual. I can tell you I’ve met quite a few people who smoke EVERYDAY, and they are dumb as rocks... they’re also in their 50’s and have been smoking it for a very long time.
