Thanks for reporting on this. I’m beyond pissed.

Trust me you are correct on the bucket hype... So many buckets... mounds more buckets than ANY other new weapon release... Hell... more buckets than Splatlings.

Yeah well, on their forums they were telling us none of this shit was true. Guess they fucking lied. I’m fairly pissed about that.

Konami’s CEO is just dancing around laughing at everyone, while they pissed people off... I do hope he realizes he’s essentially destroying the reputation of his company, by being a complete piece of trash to the consumers they used cater towards... Like how does it look good when all of the old customers you used to

Mighty No. 9 isn’t delayed, it was an error. Comcept cleared this up on their forums. Please, recheck your sources?

When I do create something I will welcome piracy, because I feel that it’s not really a bad thing. Also I’ll go ahead and just say this for any passerbys

Please tell me it’s true..

Okay... I lol’ed

Comics are trash... They’ve influenced the garbage “nerd-core” culture I’m plagued with daily... Used to be a thing people read for fun, now it’s no better than things like nikki minage, kurt cobain or whatever else is extremely popular with the “cool kids” these days... ugh.

I want to leave this on a interesting note: Megaman was created by Keiji Inafune, it’s his IP his “idea” if you will - but because the publisher he worked for had him sign a contract, it was techincally their IP... meaning they owned his creation. Inafune receives zero money I spend on Megaman on the Nintendo E-Shop.

“But if you made copies of the tapes and handed them out to all your friends you WERE breaking the law, and if you showed the tape to a large audience you WERE breaking the law.”

Then if it’s illegal are those people thieves too? Are you a thief if you go look up a song on youtube, spotify, or pandora? All I’m saying is that there sure are a lot of thieves out there, and pirates aren’t the only ones. Also I do believe it’s up to the creator or content owner to send a cease and desist to the

Well you can go around and define it as theft all you want, that definition didn’t fly in court the billions of other times it was attempted by the suits... the truth is it’s NOT theft, the arguments I’ve made have been made in court, and have yet to be contested as “invalid” you still didn’t answer about the youtube

It’s so varied, and the courts deal with the entire situation so differently on a case to case basis - that there seriously isn’t a solid definition. When we used to record shows/movies on our VCR that wasn’t considered piracy? As long as you weren’t selling the tapes, you weren’t breaking the law... DVR’s work a bit

I think I just disagree... Courts seem to also. It’s not labeled as simply theft, and is often a civil case disputed as copyright infringment and even then the distributer is the one at fault not the downloader. The moment the law tells me it’s stealing, I’ll believe you, and follow it, until then though I just feel

But somebody does pay for the game though, they crack it, and share it with us? How is this different from letting me borrow a game?

Yeah, wow.

I have aspergers syndrome. Fuck you, social interactions aren’t so fucking easy for all of us. Seriously!? This whole concept of “entitlement” makes me want to bust skulls... I’ll do what I want, you keep feeling pissy about it.
