I think for a lot of these people Android may as well be whatever crappy OS their Motorola RAZR came with. They probably aren't even aware that upgrading their phones software is possible.

Like a psycho ex-girlfriend. Fun!

I believe the retina display is going to make for much better RPGs. Smaller text is much easier to read, and small details allow for smaller sprites that still look good. In fact, it's able to pack so many pixels that the screen often seems larger than the last iPad even though it's the same size.

Rage against the dying of the light!

You are right. I retract my previous statement and have paid $3 as punishment.

I'm thinking we'll see a bigger screen. The iPhone's PPI is already pretty high, so they have a little wiggle room while keeping with their definition of retina. I would expect something in the 3.7 to 4.0 inch range.

If it had retina graphics for the new iPad or was at least a universal app than I might've considered dropping three dollars on this. But that doesn't even include all the levels so it feels way too expensive.

Oh hi new iPad!

I would have been tempted if it had retina graphics for the new iPad, but it doesn't and at that price it's a no go.

"Keep in mind, iOS developers have to write for various versions of iOS 3, 4, and 5."

No problems here.

A design flaw, eh? I just watched the senior editor of Consumer Reports on TV say its really not a big deal.

Isn't this common sense for any device with a battery? If you put it under heavy use it won't charge as fast, and sometimes not at all. It's always been the case with game system and laptops. My electric razor won't even turn on when it's plugged in.

Turning up the brightness all the way will make it warm up, too. So add that to the list.

If Apple sued him would have been a dream come true for Mike Daisey. Besides, I'm not sure why they would bother attacking this guy when he has done such a good job of destroying his own reputation. The best thing they can do is to keep working towards better conditions and not get anywhere near Daisey's death spiral.

"Stupid really , Someone Clearly paid the tabloids to spread this Bull"

His defense of Daisy kind of almost holds together if you ignore the fact that now we all know Daisy lied. If his lies were never exposed, then I would say his method worked. Now we will have to wait and see how much damage his lies have done to his cause. People generally agree that Apple treats its Chinese workers

Indeed. I listened to the retraction story and it was pretty cringe worthy. The parts with Mike were hard to listen to. Ira glass apologized a number of times and said that as soon as they could not confirm the identity of the translator they should have canceled the story, but I wish he had gone into more detail on

It's worth listening to the full episode at [www.thisamericanlife.org] . There are some truly cringe worthy moments, but they also follow up with breakdown of what we know is true and what's not. There are still big problems over there, but not nearly as dramatic or as widespread as his account suggested.
