Except that law only protects a complete set of different dances moves arranged as a composition. Simplistic or singular dance moves are not protected under this law. He has to prove in court this is more than just a dance move which is hard to do since it is commonly known as a dance move. 

It will pretty much be up to the court to decide if this is even protected under the copyright law. In 1976 sure they protected dances, but it doesn’t specifically protect singular dance moves. They would have to prove that “Milly Rock” is a dance composition. I think this lawsuit favors Epic greatly.

I think there was overpopulation in platinum and gold. Anything else above was considered pretty stable at least from the data I’ve seen gathered. Most gold and platinum players dropped by like 300-400 SR, while everyone above those ranks seems to have remained stable.
