what the fuck is going on? like multiple outlets are reporting on this bullshit. i guess they killed off this character in the latest simpsons episode and there’s some astroturfed media campaign trying to pretend fans actually give a shit about it?

I imagine that openyl murdering people will still hurt their poll numbers, hence why they still have to keep it a secret.

... the fuck is this?

Now playing

But the President only gets three secret murders per term. Can’t waste them all on supreme court justices.

When can we expect people to “grow up,” though? Taylor Swift is in her mid-30s, and a lot of her fans are the same age, and have been following her like a role model for their own lives. The culty zealots include post-collegiate working adults with daughters of their own. This isn’t naivete. These women are insane.

Meh, was the same shit with all the boys bands back in the day. And the current K-pop bands. It’s called Tween Fandom Gonna Tween Fandom.

There is no shadowy industry figure buying out a handful of reviewers to write negative criticism.

who fucking cares

“It may not be good for America, but it’s damn good for CBS. The 2016 campaign is a circus, but Donald’s place in this election is a good thing.”

Since when is continuity even an issue on a sitcom? Siblings go upstairs and never return. The witch’s husband becomes a totally other guy part-way through the run. One season there’s a newborn baby; the next season the newborn is a sassy 6-year-old. A family adopts Leonardo DiCaprio just because they find him rooting

One way to alleviate stress in our lives: stop watching cable news.

Hmm. Not sure where you’ve been the last few years but I’ve been seeing ‘90s nostalgia all over the place in recent years (including Gen Z who were either barely in diapers or not even alive yet during the tail end of the ‘90s).

It’s been real disappointing to see that Paste seems to be so far carrying on the same old. Even after firing Barsanti.

I like Warburton, but he’s a lot like H. Jon Benjamin in that he really doesn’t do voices. Brock from The Venture Bros, Steve Barkin from Kim Possible, his version of the The Tick from the earlier live action version of The Tick are essentially the same voice.

“I’ve watched episodes”

I think there’s plenty of 90s nostalgia—you’ve never heard millennials wax rhapsodic about how great it was to be “90s Kids”? To the extent that 90s nostalgia is underrepresented in the pop culture* I think it’s because so much 90s media is still readily available (and massively popular) on streaming. Not much point

Its OK to be wrong once in a while.

She’s just pissed that he’s no longer playing that blond, butter cream-frosted Swedish murder machine and Zep fan Brock fucking Samson.

Paste just bought it to make Paste look smart

Settle down.
