I think I'm somewhere in stage 2 or 3. I cook for myself 6 days out of the week, and 5 of those days it's pretty simple stuff; stir fries, stews, soups, wraps, meat and veggies. Dinner and Movie night though, I'm on. I hit up epicurious on my itouch and find something within my skillset, pantry and bank account.
