How is the mic on these? Would they work for longer phone calls such as conference calls?

This doesn’t apply when you’ve got rampant, incumbent HR bureaucracy. Maybe this is more for start-ups and small companies?

+1 for Jinya in Houston. I work about a block from there which is dangerous. I’m thinking lunch today, actually.

Here in Houston A/C counts for ~80% of energy usage. Still, it’s hard to justify replacing it with a more energy efficient model when the break even is something like 15-20 years. I’ll probably have moved by then and lose any benefit that would have occurred. When did life get so expensive?

Thank god! If you are on Yosemite or El Capitan you cannot install Win7 in BootCamp any longer so you were SOL. This should fix that!!! I even called MS and they told me, “yeah, you’re pretty much screwed. Anything else we can help you with?”.

Office 2016/365 crashes often. The final version is better than the beta, but I’m still force closing Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at least 2x per day.

El Capitan has been pretty smooth. Spotlight moves to the bottom of the screen after every reboot, but not a huge deal. I’m sure Apple can fix that. iOS9 has been a bit more buggy (crashed 2x, search window looks odd sometimes, some apps are not happy) but still very usable. I’ve been on them since they were dropped

Same here. I moved it, but after a reboot it was back at the bottom.

ETA for iOS?

Does this give us the ability to forward events? That is a huge gap for iOS users.

Guilty, but as a manager my life is pretty much all email. Plus some of those emails are really hard!

Not so fast! It can support it!!!

VirtualBox keeps throwing errors saying their isn't enough memory. Hmmmm.

Runtastic?

Confidence is 1 button unbuttoned. Arrogance is 2.

Anyone else seeing Yosemite stutter with Expose? Gestures seem to cause the animation to stutter a bit for me. MBA 2011 i5

I second this one. Love my Nespressos...I have one at home and one at the office. I got a D250 in perfect working condition with ~20 pods for $15 on Craigslist. Best. Purchase. Ever.

And if you didn't get the email for the download?

I like to turn off "push" on my laptop and draft a few emails as I'm working in the evening. I don't actually send them until the morning. I find I get a better response rate when they receive the email during working hours. Also, you can set this to send them right when you wake up so it looks like you're an earlier
