I live in a town with 100k and there is literally nothing on my map when i zoom out to nearest cross streets.

In TX they are probably at a critical point where white kids cannot be admitted to the state flagship to account for even 40% of UTs population. Asians will take top spots in suburbs and blacks/hispanics have their own schools.
