She did say "ma ma" and I think Marie and Hank looked a little distressed, but it was hard to tell if it was because Flynn had just made the wisecrack or if they realized Holly missed her mom. Hell of a thing if it's supposed to be her first words, though. This show is bad for children and other living things.

I think if the tarantula means anything it's simply part of the bug theme, and I was afraid the "fly" reference would beget a "spider" reference in the future. I hate spiders. Damn.

The only reason I remembered the kid is that there is an "X-Files" with a similar open, where a kid (on a motorbike I think!) comes along and finds an underground hide-out where the little alien-human-hybrid kid is hiding. I think I have that right. My memory is rusty so don't yell at me, "X-Files" fans, I am fallible…

Yeah, so, I'm thinking next episode, Mike just kills everyone except Jesse because enough already, then the last nine episodes of "Breaking Bad" will become the spin-off: "Ehrmentraut and Pinkman."

Not much love for Burgermeister Meisterburger tonight. Sometimes it's like I don't know you people anymore.

Speaking of John De Lancie, the last we knew he was still alive and in the hospital after a suicide attempt.

My comment was supposed to be a reply to someone in another thread. Unfortunately, my replies were ending up all over the place, so I had to move and edit them, and that's why the comment you read seemed like a non sequitur.

She's coming back and starting to get some life in her again.

There was a lot of meta in the scene where Skyler tries to coach Walt on what to say to Marie and Hank about his fake gambling problem, too.
