The biggest snub BY FAR was Stephanie Hsu getting ignored for Everything, Everywhere, All At Once. And you just snubbed her in your list of snubs. What a joke.

I think Jenna Ortega is deserving for Wednesday. Even apart from the dance, it was impressive how much she conveyed despite maintaining her character’s deadpan affect, just with her eyes and slight changes of expression or posture

WW almost frustrated me more that 84, because 84 was just bad, but WW had the stuff to be really good, if they hadn’t been so focused on big setpieces and setting the stage. For me, the heart of the story, was WW and Doctor Poison, as opposite sides of the same going. They represent different experiences. WW had

And what about her writing skills? I thought WW 1 had a garbage script, but she didn't write that one, and that was the one people liked.

This whole thing sounds like a version of “You can’t fire me! I quit!”

WW also pretty bad. Better character arc for for the hero of the movie, Steve Trevor.

Is she a good director? I honestly can’t tell. More hit-or-miss.

Earthblade looks like every single other derivative metroidvania w/feelings indie game of the past 5+ years.

Who is giving Kojima the money to make Monster Energy Presents Reedus Parcel Delivery 2? While there were way too many apologists insisting that the first 20 monotonous hours of the game or whatever are meant to put you in the mental space of a delivery guy, as if adding shooting sections and more convoluted plot

“I’ll never play this game... why are they making fun of this game?”

It was so, so self-indulgent my Kojima. Like this is him with zero editors to tell him to tone it back.

The Gene Wilder Willy Wonka is only 5th on the list?  Wrong, sir!  Wrong!

Surprised how low Wonka is on this list. Mr. Fox might be Wes Anderson’s best movie, but it’s not as good as that.

Add in, casting a black guy as someone running a tourist trap glorifying Pilgrims, who eventually gets told “You don’t know what it’s like to be oppressed.”

I had a co-worker who was convinced that Michael Strahan and Kelly Ripa were banging, and while they had great chemistry, I think if they had attempted intercourse, Ripa would have ended up as a fine mist on Strahan’s pelvis.

Alright, I’ll be the one to say it. Abbott Elementary is...fine. I just find it odd that a show that repurposes the tiredest conceit in comedy is somehow seen as revolutionary.

I’m still excited for this show but I kinda hated this trailer. I thought burying the game/series’ excellent soundtrack under the “slowed down 80's song” trope made the whole thing feel generic. The teaser trailer was a LOT better.

Yeah I don’t understand that either. I guess maybe they’re trying to imply that game fans wouldn’t want to see the exact same thing they already experienced but in live action? Which is just not true in my reckoning. And it’s not like it’s dropping new viewers into the middle of something that only devoted fans will

It looks great but I gotta share that I’ve seen several reactions online of: “Relieved to see a faithful adaptation for once instead of trying to insert modern virtue messaging” which aside from it’s usual dumbness is just, a very, very funny thing to say about TLOU.

Will Tiana be a frog for the majority of the ride too?
