What a shock that a genre designed to appeal to teenagers makes their adult characters be basically perpetual teenagers.

You mean the Snyder Cut that came out last year right? And, yeah he did have almost total control given how until he was forced to leave due to personal (and tragic) circumstances even the spin-offs were made to fit in with the “GrimDark” tones he set.

Entourage. 8 seasons, 26 Emmy nominations (6 wins), Golden Globe nominations every season, and one of the greatest tv characters ever in Ari Gold (with three consecutive Emmy’s for Jeremy Piven as Outstanding Supporting Actor). Huge whiff Jen.

I like Gunn’s movies but i’m not sure i want his sensibilities influencing all of DC’s movies. 

You know what, despite the popular opinion I don’t think this is going to end well. Gunn is a great director but he’s a great director at making one type of film in one extremely specific way, namely a cocky self-aware film that is rather light if gory. But beyond that he’s not really done anything.

There is no way Barry is better than GOT. 

Yeah, The Sopranos should be #1. The Wire was a critic’s show. Everyone loved The Sopranos. Because it was better, all in all. 

I usually don’t take too much stock in the order of lists like this because generating controversy is part of the fun. But this is honestly one of the worst lists of anything I’ve ever seen. The Wire and The Sopranos being one and two is fine, but everything else is bonkers. How could Curb Your Enthusiasm not even…
