I would like to remind everyone that Jennifer Walters is an adult woman. An attorney. She’s not a 25 year old first year associate that shuffles papers or even second chairs, she was a lead attorney on a partner track when we first meet her. Tatiana Maslany just turned 37 one week ago today (happy birthday, queen). So

This just in: tv show about woman written by woman is the least watched marvel show on the platform. Why is that remains a mystery to all man haters on avclub

He was present during the hunt, recognized Rhaenyra on the streets and interacted with her during her night out with Daemon, and then he went and scooped her up to get her out of harm’s way at his father’s urging once the fight broke out between Criston and Joffrey during the pre-wedding feast.

I still like the show overall, but I have a couple minor problems at this point:

Now I know the writes don’t know anything but  ....this is dumb .Female Lawyer of the year???

At this rate, Daredevil’s going to take off his helmet to reveal Ben Affleck, playing Ralph Bohner’s cousin Woody.

Can this show get any worse?

We’re supposed to be emotionally invested in two characters who between them had about ten minutes of screen time? Lyonel was barely a character until he became Hand (wasn’t that in the previous episode?) and I don’t even remember Harwin before this episode. Like, I knew he existed, but I couldn’t recall any scenes he

Have these X-Men thespians no integrity? He better wear a real masked Wolverine costume this time to make his un-retiring worthwhile!

No notes, this sounds great.

He ruined the movie. They should have cast an unknown or at least a character actor.

Yes. To be honest, “Half-Blood Prince” is the film that probably reads the most like a movie of the cliff notes of the book rather than the book itself! All the main details are there, but with most of the story and context that links it together completely missing.

They called it Bose-Droid in Disney. Unlike Walt Disney that turned into a cyborg and living/haunting Disneyworld.

Yes, won't someone please think of the billionaires and their salaries,!

Agreed. I get that they want to honor Boseman but you can do that and keep the character alive (I would argue that keeping the character does that in and of itself).

Apparently holding off on the sequel until “the time was right to recast” was unthinkable, I guess because Disney needs to keep printing money

I’ve been a big proponent of recasting T’Challa. I understand Feige’s reasons for not doing so and that Black Panther is a mantel that could be assumed by someone else. However, T’Challa is an incredible character on his own that deserved more than one movie (and bits of a few others). I also don’t want to wallow in

Weirdly, I feel a bit bad for Emma Watson and Daniel Radcliffe. I am sure they looked up to Rickman, especially as brand new actors. To hear after the fact that he thought they were kind of shit has to be a little deflating.

Truly, the man who could keep one of Hollywood’s worst wigs from wearing him. Truly, who put that same wig on him eight times and said “yup, no notes” every time?

The hype going into season 3 was enormous. And then season 3 sucked. This line from the review really stood out to me:
