Hahaha wow I really got get back into GTA5...

While I’m glad these people have an event they can enjoy, I think it’s stupid. As one commenter pointed out, they’re middle-aged and affluent. So these people feel the need to dress up like scumbags. That’s what I don’t get. And I always say that the whole cruiser mentality is more about the image than the actual ride.

I won’t accept “haggle-free” pricing until dealers are taken out of the equation. When you can buy directly from the manufacturer (aka Tesla), where it’s one set price, then fine. But with a middle-man, it means there’s always room (and should be room) for negotiation.

This is a perfect example of GM’s management culture. It may be a good car, but it’s ugly, or at the very least, unattractive. A Dodge Charger is way more exciting.

I’m glad to see the Miata kicking butt. I wanted to love the BRZ, but sadly it does nothing for me. And it’s not even the “underpowered” thing. It’s not particularly attractive. The engine tone is awful from what I’ve read, it’s expensive, etc. It’s a nice attempt... but it definitely needs some attention.

I’m a rider. Not a biker. Big difference. Bikers to me are the types that ride cruisers and are more into the image than the ride itself.

I generally _HATE_ CVTs, but... remember the Jeep Compass? As I recall, it had a CVT with a special low gear which gave it some interesting off-road abilities. I wonder what it’d take to outfit a Subaru CVT with such a thing? I suspect it’d be a matter of changing one of the two sheaves, maybe the belt (chain?) and

I won’t be seen in a Prius, and don’t want anything to do with the kind of person who would own one.

Okay, simple. Post a huge sign with a new policy — if you attempt this trail, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. There will be no official rescues, so don’t ask. Other trail users may be willing to help, but there will be no government to look after you.

I put this one on my V-Strom. Love it.

I get the feeling that the management team behind the PS4 is about as capable and efficient as any given management team at GM. In other words, total incompetence. :)

It’s a combination of Class Envy coupled with peoples’ innate need to exert their own will on others. And unfortunately, there are enough laws on the books to make this way too easy.

I’m glad you’re enjoying it! I’ve seen a lot of kinderguardians in the game lately, and it’s good to see them. Good tip though about waiting on the second DLC.

I had a 1980 Toyota Celica GT that my dad got me in 1986 (it had 17k miles on it at the time). Was red, had louvers on the rear hatch, 5-speed, etc. Was slow as hell, got mediocre mileage, but I enjoyed it. A year later I bought a new 1987 Acura Integra LS and my dad took the Celica to be his new daily driver,

If some biker busts in my windshield, biker is going to receive intro-cranial lead injection.

So FCA is being treated like a child by the feds, yet GM is still nowhere near done with this ignition switch recall that KILLED PEOPLE and was hidden for decades. Yeah makes sense.

It looks like they used the new Cherokee for inspiration, but then smoked a lot of LSD and got to work. But I actually rather like it.

If it had been a stick, I’d like it.

I like it, especially the price. But the radiator is a huge detractor. They should have at least made it black. It’s huge and silver and ugly and it’s the first thing I see when I see a frontal pic of it.

Neat story! I’m not sure I really care to attempt it myself. I knew a woman who kept trying to do this ride on her Ninja 250. I think she had tried at least three times, failing each time due to being too cold or too tired or something. I just didn’t see the point. But to those who do it, if it makes you happy, good
