You can do this with IFTTT ([ifttt.com).]

I like this idea, if you have lots of apps you use occasional. Personal I arrange my apps into 3 pages: "Favourite Apps", "Apps", "Games". Then I will put folders inside each of these pages for the subcategories. If you have a visual memory you just remember the position of each map on the page.

This feature is awesome, as well as the bonus space :) Does anyone know if this extra space is the same as the desktop versions 4.5gb bonus or separate?

After I install UxTheme and Universal Theme Patcher and reboot my screen flickers after loading the login screen and I have to replace uxtheme dll in my system 32 folder using safe mode. Is this a display driver issue? I would be grateful for any help, thanks.

@JoshDaBrinkley: You can use the 'backup media' disk that allows you to reinstall Windows 7. If you don't have this then you could contact your pc manufacturer, otherwise yes - but be careful of dodgy downloads.
