GM does need to bring a small truck back into the US market. Give me a RWD, small diesel engine with a manual transmission under $20,000 and a loaded one for $25k and I would be the first one in line to buy it. I still daily drive my 2003 S10 and will continue to do so until GM decides to finally bring a small truck…
I still drive a 2003 S10 with a 4.3 and it’s as fast as most fullsized trucks still. It doesn’t have nearly as much weight to pull around so it’s actually pretty fast.
It would sure help the Volt’s sales if it were available nationwide.

Not true. My wife's diesel Chevy Cruze has the urea tank mounted in the trunk where the spare tire is located in the non diesel Cruze's.
