There’s a scene at the Burrow in Harry Potter & the Half-Blood Prince where they’re all just surrounded by the most delicious looking pies. I remember distinctly being so hungry during that scene in the theater but also not being able to leave in case I missed any of the movie.

This is what I’m failing to understand about people’s perceptions of Carole. Did she do shady things in her past? Absolutely. But to make it seem like “they’re all the same level of bad” just seems a little off.

Instant coffee is excellent in fruit smoothies too. Ditto if you want to make “ice cream” from frozen fruit and milk.

I meant specifically a house or restaurant. Like I said, I’ve only encountered this once at an older house on well water in Orlando. The rest of the water straight from the tap is odorless to me?

I know we all love to rag on Florida but where were you that the tap water smelled like sulfur? My friend used to live in a fairly old house that was still on a well system and the water there smelled that way. Thankfully tap water in newer homes do not have any odor, including ours.

Episode 4 was really tough. My brain went down the rabbit hole thinking of all the pets left behind and I had to drink a lot just to forget that that happened. Especially the quote from the head liquidator dude that went something like: “Pets are easy, they’ll just come running up to you”

A little late to the episode but the character of the president struck me as absolutely insane. He has no political strategies, no foresight, no looking ahead even a month in the political climate? Kara’s whole scene where she’s Kara Liberty and asking the agents of liberty if they knew where her dad might be was great. Melissa Benoist should do more comedy stuff.

The sequence towards the end when his wife starts the chant when she at least seemed like she didn’t like the idea of Agent Liberty was.. unsettling for sure. 

Did not mean that Cole turned Phoebe into a selfish person later on, just that after she found a guy, she completely dropped her whole saving innocents thing from the earlier seasons. It is a pretty invasive power. Also, how exactly does it prevent demon attacks or help stop them? She couldn’t even figure out that the shadow demon was her boyfriend!
