I would agree...as a 911 CALLTAKER and now Police dispatcher in training, for a total of one year, we are still noobs. ;-) I look around my PSAP and I see individuals with careers ranging from 5-18+ years still going at it. Of course most younger folks, from my generation or younger, don’t stick at jobs for very long…
