There’s two sides to everything... I certainly have done a few jobs myself that when all is said and done cost more than having a shop do it. I still consider it worth it because eventually you do reach the point where you have almost all the tools you’ll even need and most of the knowledge to use them. I’m not saying

It’s amazing that Rovell can get a signal to tweet from that far up his ass. He just hit the Salvation Army over subtlety! The people who stand in the middle of your grocery store’s exit and ring a bell in your face!

No one can expect to agree with everyone in the world, but if you work at it, you can at least understand them. It is possible I have misrepresented or misinterpreted Mr. DeMuro. If I have, I’d hope he’d let me know, but I am an internet nobody, so doubt it would be worth his time.

That “dealer” appears to just relist Craigslist ads with a markup. Look at their “inventory”. My guess would be if you show interest, they contact the seller and either consign the deal, or flip it.

The US has those same requirements...

Seriously. Apple should be charged to compensate the cost of reviewing and processing this abomination of a patent. This is straight abuse of the USPTO.

That’s the widest painter’s tape I’ve ever seen!

Like other commenters, I eventually realized that tape is too often used as a crutch. I bit the bullet and started loading up the brush properly, learning how to approach and leave a line, investing in good quality brushes, and leaving tape only as a way to guard against specific areas mostly at risk for splatter and

NONONO.

There are much better knots for fishing that are just as easy to tie. The palomar knot and the uni-knot cover just about every option one would need, and they are both stronger knots and more secure knots (less slipping), especially when braided line is in use.
