It’s the “funding secured” part of the tweet that is in question. If the funding was in fact secured, the taking Tesla private plan would be pretty far along, which is why the market reacted like it did. Saying “funding options being explored” would be different and less definite.

Sure, but we have a law in place to prevent such discrimination and I think most people would agree that genetic discrimination is wrong. Of the two parties in the U.S., one is more likely to remove such laws/regulations to allow private companies to exploit such things. People need to vote!
