I see no reason why this otherwise excellent show had to venture into fantasy world once the trial started. The kiss in a holding cell between attorney and client was the last straw.

I love the show but I wish that I wasn't a lawyer when I watched that courtroom scene. Also what is the point of the lawyer kissing the guy ?

They should have had a lawyer review the script. I am such abd thought what the hell are the rules regarding relevance, hearsay, expert opinions etc in this world? Wow.
