My girlfriend likes to watch me play video games, especially narrative driven games, and I frequently use Remote Play to stream games to my LG OLED. There’s also an entire, relatively popular application called Moonlight that is dedicated to streaming high fidelity interactive video to other screens. It might be niche

I agree that any activity that doesn’t require communication to complete should have matchmaking. However, I’m hesitant to say Dungeons and Raids should have matchmaking as a rule. First off, these activities can be painful with a semi-organized Fireteam from LFG. My worry is that adding matchmaking would then prompt

oof this comment didn’t age well. RIP Mike.

This seems like an undereducated and short-sighted quip. Quin definitely made more money than he spent here. He drew in droves of people to watch him spend insane amounts of money on a “free-to-play” mobile game. And I can’t imagine the number of people he has steered away from the game entirely.

True enough, it does seem set up entirely to get affiliate clicks, and doesn’t even include some of the best peripherals (ROCCAT SOVA, anyone?).

I’m sensing some /r/pcmasterrace elitism here. I’ve preferred couch gaming since I was a kid, but modern consoles are 7-years old and many games run at sub-30 FPS these days. My PC is connected to my 65" LG OLED and I usually play at 1440p 120hz. Show me a console that can do that.

I think you might be miss-remembering Resident Evil 2. That game only takes 4 or 5 hours to complete. The remake takes most first-timers 8-10 hours. You can argue that speed-runners are finishing the game in under an hour, but speed-runners are outliers.

I’m expecting something more open in the vein of FF15, where instead of the Regalia, you drive around on Cloud’s motorcycle between different points of interest. I don’t think people will be happy with a completely linear experience.

They’ve been up front if you pay attention to interviews and media coverage. If you’re just a dude who liked Final Fantasy 7 and you’re excited for this Remake you’ve heard about, my experience is that you have no clue this game is episodic. It’s barely mentioned in the marketing, and completely absent from the game’s

Kalm is important because of its proximity to and independence from Midgar. It’s nearby, and it’s where a portion of the original game’s climax is witnessed from. They don’t need to go through the entire Nibelheim flashback series there -- they seem to be drip-feeding it other ways -- but they can definitely do some

To keep the ratios similar, Resident Evil 2 Remake Pt. 1 would have ended when Leon reached the originalKendo gun shop.

They describe the game as a “Monster collecting MMO adventure inspired by Pokemon” in their press materials, but other than that I haven’t seen any other mention.

After the sour taste from Sword and Shield, that’d be a pretty solid way to get me to trade in my Switch.

Jill Valentine in Resident Evil 3 remake.

I feel like every news story about this series should really stress that Harvest Moon is no longer the series people fell in love with on Super Nintendo, N64,and PS1. That series is now called Story of Seasons in the US.

A portion of the community coming from retail WoW wanted this, and it was quickly squashed by Blizzard.

I’m not here for the corporations. I’m here for the story I was super enjoying that will no longer happen. Both companies can suck my dick.

You’re satire.

Quit your bullshit. Mayo is incredible and Miracle Whip is even better.
