Well in that case… Wearing my White Sox hat. "Hail Hydra"

In Britain they all take a class on Pythonese

Zing!!

Great idea. Opens the way for Zola to get into the real world, just being a program. Like Age of Apocalypse… Some of these alternate characters surviving the Frameworks purge and moving into the real world.

Until in next season he's one of the reason time broke and they have to bring him back.

One bob to a next. Totally agree

I loved it. When I first heard Midnight Vultures I could hear Prince all over it. Definitely an homage. And yes Debra is hilarious

Still my favorite Prince record. I remember my best friend Tony stopping at my place first after he bought the record the day it came out. Both of us reading the lyric sheer and credits before heading over to his place to listen to it for the first time. Thousands of times later I'm still not done with it. A lot of

That was a fun amazing time to be a music fan. Triple Fast Action's first album is gold. So many bands, so many venues such a great time to be alive. Great article thanks for the flashback. How I miss The Avalon, Elbo Room… My last apartment in Chicago was blocks away from the Beat Kitchen.

Damn right. Amazing collection of artists with great songs. Loved that album that year. REM's "Fretless" a personal standout.

I started my mixtape journey by using just cassette to cassette. Never really knowing the actual lengths of most of the tracks, I was just guessing it as I got near to the end of each side. When I finally upgraded my music collection to cd, then I could properly keep count of the songs, knowing how much I had left. 60

Totally agree. Was a huge fan of the book and pleased with the movie. But what I wanted was a love story to the mixtape. That one paragraph on Rob's own rules was so great as I laughed at the same ones I shared with him. As a Chicagoan I felt it showed a great inside look at the city at that time, not the usual

Wow. Just wow. Tv you've spoiled us so much lately, Stranger Things and Westworld to name a couple. This show has been a blast. Excited for every episode. I'm my best Homer voice "Thank you TV"

Anybody have any opinions on the Beck cover of the complete album he did with his Record Club series?

I was the same as Sean. The Doors soundtrack introduced me to "Heroin". Had a good friend who preached the gospel of VU all the time. I can say that almost every track of VU & Nico made it on to some mixtapes I had during the 90's. But still have never had a VU phase the way I've been with dozens of other bands

I disagree. Cale's vocals on "All Tomorrow's Parties" from the VU live album blow Nico's away. Had the pleasure of seeing Cale perform it live with Siouxie's The Creatures.

Best sign of the night. "When it Reigns it bores"

The Nick Hornby book About A Boy had Cobain's suicide playing a major role in the ending of the book. Was disappointed that that part was left out of the film.

Big fan for most of its run. Haven't seen much since Danson took over, always meant too. Loved the music choices during the lab mortgages. Lab Rats being a personal favorite. It's too bad it was too commercial for the high browe tv watchers. Some really good stories and character development throughout the series.

I'm in the group of the obsessive Prince fans. "Crazy" is a fun fun track with a solo that put to shame any 80's metal band of that area. I personally love the extended version from the movie and released on the 12 inch single. His first true extended song. He spoiled us fans back then.
