Reynold's generation was actually waaaay worse for global warming than the Baby Boomers.

You can buy a third-party program that transfer it onto the computer. I did that a few years ago using something called "Cucusoft iPod to Computer transfer," but the install I doesn't seem to work anymore. It doesn't recognize iTunes; maybe Apple killed the program? But I'm sure there are still alternatives out there.

There's a lot of stuff involved in this. If you've already seen a painting plenty of times, if you already know it by heart, of course you won't be struck by it's brilliant splendour just because you've seen it in person. But go out and explore the rest of the museum, set your own path, and you'll be amazed.

Any jazz, blues, or samba artist from the 1920s up to the early 30s. It's some of the most brilliant music I've ever heard, but the audio quality is often so poor that I'm not sure that what I'm hearing is real.

Did copy shops not exist 10-15 year ago?
Honest question, 10-15 years ago I wouldn't have gone to copy shops so I really don't know.

So this is decadence.

I'm also a Montrealer - it really depends on where you go. The outer suburbs and the east of the city is mostly French (90%+), but downtown and westwards the relative populations of French, English, and 'other' are about equal, fluctuating about 20-50% each. Mile End is straight down the middle and has

16mm has it's charms, but it's fallacious to mistake the technical limitations of the past with an aesthetic choice. Using 16mm to capture the retro look of the '70s is equivalent to filmmakers of the year 2067 using compression artifacts to evoke the 2010s - it ignores the fact that the limited visuals of the film

I wouldn't say its lazy, and I didn't mind it while watching the show, but it does seem a little convenient as an eye-opener for Brianna.

That's more or less as I figured. The show tries to give Grace's character the best of two worlds - she's appealing because she's a highly successful business woman living a highly affluent lifestyle, but she's relatable because she is nevertheless shown dealing with money problems and access to funding and exposure

Question - Grace has already built a very successful cosmetics company from the ground up. What happened to all the money she made off of that (as well as from selling the house) - why does she need to procure a $75,000 loan? And as someone who's already somewhat well known in business, why would she have so much

I KISS YOU!

That's because you're in a space-womb.

That's something I've wondered it about - would it be very complicated for Microsoft to simply build a VM into new OSes which automatically recognizes and runs older programs when the user wants to use them?

Well, I meant if they'd given the film the same approach as they gave Snow White, Cinderella, or Sleeping Beauty.

So, basically, you took all the money you would have spent watching movies and used it to build a rock-house?

The original version, from the 18th century, is much worse. The Beast doesn't get Beauty to fall in love with him by changing his personality; instead, he just enters her dreams every night and badgers her. Oh, and her sisters try to stop her from going back to the castle by pretending to weep whenever she mentions it.

It was the reverse for ocean liners - most money was made from Third Class, to extent that the passenger lines went into serious trouble when the US halted most immigration in the 1920s.

No, he was the first emperor to rule more than a few months after the death of Commodus.

Every time my phone alarm goes off and I press the button to turn it off, I ask myself if I'm dreaming because that word on the button seems weird. "Dismiss".
