100% AGREE! It’s sad that there are so many people who will defend a motorist over someone on a bike. 

Another case of “More Dollars Than Sense”. Hope they, (the cops, and the rental company), catch the fuckwits and throw the book at them. Perma-ban their drivers licenses, charge them with any/everything they can, and financially ruin them.
