The fewer moving parts a device has the less prone it will be to mechanical failure, I would think. I know my little cousin went through a few DSs because he dropped it or the top screen simply stopped working properly. This is perfect for younger kids.

I wonder if this was the result of all the people who told Nintendo they play 2D only in their Club Nintendo surveys? I know I usually answer that I play in 2D. Didn't buy a 3DS for the 3D, bought it for the games.

No, you can't recreate the Moto X with apps, of course not - I don't think that's even remotely the point. You can, however, bring some of those useful features to other devices. You don't *have* to run out and buy a new phone in order to get some of the things that those phones do. Besides, it wouldn't be LH if we

It's awesome until you're road tripping with an Oregonian, asleep in the back, and they wake you up at a gas station in Idaho at 2 a.m. because they don't know how to pump gas.

You think so? I think it's ugly as hell, but the kids got it for me, so I have to wear it every once in a while.

I'll be nice to EA then

I'm in the same boat Rocky - I'm currently saving for foundation repairs. I knew they'd be needed, but had I been smarter when I bought the house I would have had it inspected then and probably either passed on the house or negotiated better.

Lesson learned.

The best reason I had to root my TF300 tablet was so I could use Sixaxis Controller to use my bluetooth PS3 controller. Combine that with a few emulators and an Android tablet can become a killer gaming machine with a big screen, low profile and awesome battery life.

If you buy a rice cooker it still takes more than a minute, but it only takes a minute being involved. You can add more than just rice and water to your rice cooker - you can do whole dishes or meals. And the extra money you spend on a rice cooker will pay for itself quickly over instant rice.

Oh good grief.. giving up Coffee is giving up Coffee... not caffeine. Just because YOUR expectations aren't met by his real world experiences isn't his fault. That's like blaming Subway for having alarming amounts of sodium in their food just because you "expect" that it's a healthy meal.

I don't have kids old enough yet, but I'm planning on paying for some chores weekly while others will be on a monthly bonus plan. Shared space chores (mowing the lawn, weeding the garden, washing dishes) will all have a dollar value attached; personal space chores (picking up bedroom, doing homework, getting ready in

I think I'd trade a game account for 11k$.

I'm assuming it has something to do with koalas.

Look, I love me some heels, but nobody's mandating how I dress if I'm paying THEM money and not the other way around. You don't want any non-heel-wearing lady in your doors?

My biggest Google Voice annoyance: "Directions to <Contact Name's> home" does not work. The phone has the contact's name (calling them works fine), their address, and a designation of that address as their "home." How was this missed? Its omissions like this one that leave me turned off by voice search.

If you've ever driven a car with HUD, you know how much safer it is. You don't have to shift focus and your eyes are can stay on the road thanks to all the important information projected to your windshield. This is probably one of the best thing that came out of fighter jets.

I get the heebee jeebies looking at a DSLR wide open like that. After a few bad experiences with dust in the body I switch lenses with the body upside down and try to do it in an instant
