My dear sweet wife had a few tart comments on my inability to factor in closing times while looking for a destination. When I told her that this was a new feature, she continued the tart comments, shortly after she said “About time!”

I started looking at rent prices and decided that I’d rather pay myself than someone else. My house payment is less than a 2 bedroom non-skanky apartment in my area.
