Screw the mud bugs... Boudain, ettouffe, jambalaya, dirty rice, and beignets! (Ok... the mud bugs are good too!)

At the Texas State Fair, it's deep fried <insert food here>

Jambalaya
Bubblegum
Thanksgiving Dinner (Seriously)
Loaded Baked Potato
Breakfast (scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, bacon, potatoes, ham, onion, cheddar cheese and gooey cinnamon roll bits... served with

And Cod Sandwiches.

If you're ever in Dallas, Lunas is the place to be for Breakfast Tacos.

Texas: Gotta be BBQ and Tex-Mex, and chicken fried steak.

When my cat was ill a few years ago, I took him to the vet. She called me and told me he was dying, and asked if I wanted her to wait until I got off of work to euthanize him.

"God no!" was my immediate response. I didn't want him suffering for nothing.

I still miss that little guy. He was a great friend for 14 years.

"Their" products really aren't great, and haven't been since Jobs passed. I've been less and less impressed with every iteration of the iPhone, iPad, and iPod.... oops... scratch the iPod as it's dead.

Don't take this wrong, but many of the Web Devs I've met aren't exactly computer geniuses. They're programmers. As long as the stuff inside their compiler works, they're happy. Should be cheaper than defending lawsuits.

Comics on my Nexus 7 are greatness. Definitely worth saving for.

My wife has a visual impairment, as does her mother. The ability to resize fonts is amazingly useful.

You need some education. Anyone who lies about governments and roads is getting this article from me from now on because this ignorance is pathetic.

You can borrow ebooks from many public libraries, and the classics (aka really old books) are all free.

I also like the low-end JVCs. They're about the best sounding ones, and are comfortable to wear.

It's an option. Totally an option. Tell anyone who disagrees to kiss it.

I'm simultaneously agreeing with you and contemplating taking the handle of Uncle Arthur.

A lot of paper novels and textbooks do the same thing, in all fairness. Appendices and all that.
