Like the meme says, why not both? Building one yourself is one of the joys of Lego, but having an “official” one that’s the same scale as all the other minifigs makes it fit into certain builds better.

Learn to write. Your original post was as incoherent as it was idiotic.

Seriously? “Built-in sadness”? For whom, you? Poor baby, having all those disabled people harshing your mellow. You’re so brave, living in a world with such imperfection in it. How do you cope?

When my son was a toddler/preschooler, whenever he would see someone in a wheelchair - especially if it was a motorized one - he would look at them as if they were the luckiest people in the world. The look of awe and envy on his face every single time was priceless.

That’s why children in wheelchairs shouldn’t be allowed in public either. It just bums everyone out. (This is sarcasm.)

Please, please stop talking.

I agree with that but the major benefit here is not that there is a wheelchair, it’s that Lego is providing an official one.

Um, many disabled people don’t feel that their lives are “built in sadness.”

They were pressured by the consumer. That’s how things work. Companies make what people ask for.

Wrong question asshat.

Tell me, in what way does including wheelchair minifigs stomp out your fun? How does this hurt you in ANY WAY?

I can’t tell what your point is but if it is what it sounds like you ARE BEING INCREDIBLY OFFENSIVE AND SMALL MINDED.

I can read just fine, brah. You need to learn how to write.

At no point did you try to be polite, especially when you implicitly compared people in wheelchairs with pedophiles, so don’t play that disingenuous card. If your initial post was aiming for satire, then I suggest you read up on how satire functions. You still haven’t clarified your post despite numerous people (some

“Why would they want to include built in sadness to their products?”

Yeah, but I’m not clear on what you mean by ‘inclusion’ here. Would a more apt reading of your comment be comparing kids who are disabled and glad when there are toys that look like themselves to kids who were molested and don’t see that aspect of themselves reflected in their toys? In which case... I guess I get it?

So in other words, you think that the giant billion dollar company is the victim here?

I’ll call ahead to Hell and have them reserve you a seat.

Why would they want to include built in sadness to their products?

A specific mold solves this problem, though, and sends a message as well that Lego’s trying to join us in the 21st century.
