Herr Doktor, I highly suggest you play the game up until the part with the browser extension. I think you’ll enjoy it.

Wow, you really are the walrus! We of course know Borges, but I’m never read Sheckley. I will now though! And yes, members of the community were encouraged to add content, but the motives were far less sinister than you seem to be implying...

It was a lot of work over a long time with a shockingly large number of people from various countries around the world and all conducted under a very strict policy of secrecy. It’s nice to finally be able to talk about it a little and everyone here’s been very cool.

Well, I certainly believe that information about the Junsui is worth paying for and it’s nice to see that qualified professionals agree.

Hey. I don’t see a post from agnia-b. What was the question?

When you work on projects such as these, the shadows are your friends.

It’s $2.99! Cheap!

Junko is mostly Patrick’s thing; I got involved just before the web-based stuff launched. The CNET story from last year lays out most of the history there. As for Ad Arcana Tutanda, I won’t reveal his identity, save to say that Googling his name is a meaningful thing to do.

Thanks! I promise I am really me and I wish we had gotten it on the iPhone as well. The game is a bit reading-heavy for an iPhone and back when we were building it, the screens were just too damn small. As I said on another post, I would love to do a PC/Mac port one of these days.

WHAT IF INDEED

Are you talking about the terrorist cell propaganda videos? Without saying too much, they are more real than you might think. :)

Part of the point was that this is an ARG that anyone can start at any time and that all that backstory stuff is already there for you to dive into. Patricia, you played it exactly as it was meant to be played, which is awesome! (Except you really, really need to say yes to the web extension when Rhea asks you to

Thanks, Sir Burnington! It’s a strange problem when verisimilitude turns people away, but hey.

Oh! I gotcha. Sorry if I sounded snappy.

Dude, if we could have afforded to port this thing we would have. Believe me. I’d love to make a PC version some day. Developing is expensive and we haven’t exactly covered our costs on this.
