It's…fine. I wouldn't go out of your way for it, but it's a pleasant show and Chris Meloni is very good in it.

I feel like Lana is a character that Archer often doesn't know what to do with, since she's the only character who even vaguely resembles a real human being. Giving her a baby gives her a thing to do other than yell about how dumb everyone is being. (Which, granted, is awesome when she does it, but still).
Honestly, a reboot where the whole cast somehow winds up in Chicago sounds kind of amazing to me. Kinda doubt the show will go there, though.
TGS was cancelled so she lost her job - not really her choice. But the finale was about how she realized she was more comfortable being a working mom than staying at home so she wound up producing Grizz's sitcom.
Just curious, why did you object to Liz Lemon having kids and not Leslie? I thought Liz's desire for kids had been ingrained in her since pretty much the start of the series, whereas it was never a facet of Leslie Knope's story.
I liked the wedding but Win, Lose or Draw felt like the natural conclusion of Leslie Knope's story.
I think Samberg's funny, but I think his humor didn't translate all that way to a sitcom at first, which is why he got some flack around the start of Brooklyn Nine-Nine. But he's grown into the role over the course of the first season and now I have no problem with him.
Sitcoms referencing past events has become pretty commonplace, especially since Arrested Development kind of made that its whole thing. What you're saying is true of like, 80s sitcoms, but not as much anymore.
Yeah, I agree. Though, to its credit, I do think the current season is trying to insert some stakes back in the proceedings, but it's not trying *that* hard and I think natural sitcom aging is getting in the way.
I would say the difference is that the bigots in more traditionally "blue" areas are kind of behind the scenes. If they were that way in public, they would surely get shit for it.
OH MY GOD my family is constantly going on about how George Soros and Warren Buffett and their commie evil. Are we related???
I find that their biggest obstacle is that they genuinely *cannot grasp* the fact that not everyone is like them. They just…do not get that. At all. It's fascinating and fucking mind-boggling, to me.
This basically sounds exactly like my family. They just seem so brainwashed by the Fox News mindset that they can't even begin to even think about crawling out of it. Honestly, it makes me really sad more than anything. I genuinely like most of my family when they're not spewing garbage and it really bums me out that…
Yeah, I thought the season faded a little at the end. Repilot through VCR Maintenance is one of the most consistent runs the show has ever had, but the last four are kinda spotty. (Though I like the 2-part finale, even if I don't *love* it).
Whoaaa! Continuity!
You think THE PUPPET EPISODE is better than Abed's Uncontrollable Christmas?! And AITF?!?!?!?!? I mean, opinions and all, but…?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
Episode rankings! Let's do episode rankings!

Consistently mediocre, yes.
Pirating is the new shoplifting!
