Definitely 80's here, but that's my bias from growing up in that decade showing. They generally seemed more alive to me then... more expressive. Of course Anima was pretty new to many of us westerners too.

Starring this. When I went to school during the 80s, there was so little prep for life outside of school, and test scores ruled the day. I also feel it's critical to teach skills like stress management and other things you had mentioned (not as a band-aid, instead as a foundation) so when children do grow up and…
Solid opinion on that link, thank you for sharing.
Depends on the problem. Many can get worse by engagement.
Games that I keep going back to... I have a small list-
Where there's a will, there's a way...
That mental image made ME spray the crowd with milk...
Often it's due to the church they attend - at least that's what I've seen in my family.
That's just it. If you pay attention to what many extremist politicians stand for, they would gladly destroy progress to satisfy their backward beliefs. For the supposed most freedom loving nation in the world, we sure have this strange desire to curb freedom.
Don't do that. You might break a tooth.
Yeah, wasn't being serious.
Well, Grim Fandango is about the dead...
Grande Robo Fandango? I'd buy.
That's just it. All across the media/internet quotes get cherry picked or taken out of context. Personally I'm no fan of Dunham, but come on, I'm willing to bet most people commenting on these quotes never read the book, and as such have little clue as to the context aside from the one set by their personal biases.
To my awareness, everyone has held at least some hateful view towards someone/something at some point in their life. That's human nature. So strongly second your statement.
This is hilarious. Stalin and Ghandi were always my favorites in earlier Civ games with the whole 'our words are backed with NUCLEAR WEAPONS!' I always wondered why G was so nasty, thanks for answering it. In Civ 5 though, my favorite is Bismark, we call him Mr Pouty Face at our house. It doesn't take much for the…
I would hit the theaters to watch this. Especially in IMAX.
The Lavender Town creepy pastas are great. In addition to the ones about the music, there are ones about what was originally supposed to be in the tower (buried_man), etc. Really fun stuff.
Darklords Rising is such a great game, and Warlorders is a great resource if you are a fan or looking to learn more about it. It can be made to run in Windows 7, but I do know you have to shut down 'explorer.exe' in 64 bit Windows to keep the colors from going crazy.
I know Armageddon tends to be more beloved, but WWP always felt just right to me. I can't even say just how many countless work breaks involved me booting up the laptop just to play this. I believe the only way to get it nowadays would be Amazon or Ebay.
