No, it’s been huge hype. Not huge sales or consumer adoption. People aren’t trashing their 2D systems and rushing out to get VR systems. It’s at best a niche market and will remain that way for some time.

No, the source are the holes in their code. You can’t see the other player positions if the server never sends that to the client. You can’t warp through walls if the server verifies your actions.
I’m not defending the cheaters, but Blizzard deserves some blame here. For example, the player position radar cheat only works because that information is sent to your machine. It shouldn’t be. But instead of fixing the exploit, they just go after the people who use it.
Wrong. People used the AR to hack Phantasy Star Online, just for starters.
